What comes with a membership?

All of our membership provide unlimited access to all of our group classes on the timetable. We don’t limit the amount of times you can come each week and to which class. Instead, we keep it simple, purchase a membership and have full access.

What happens in a class?

Have a look at our classes page to get an overview, however, each and every class will be different. Our methodology is to ensure each and every class is fun and varied but they will always be composed of a mixture of training components, such as strength, skill, accessory, conditioning, WODs (workouts). One thing that definitely happens in every class is attentive Coaching and a challenging yet fun session.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all - especially not here. You come here to get fit. You don’t have to be of any certain ‘fitness level’ to start. When you look around the gym at any given time, you will see all types of people who are enjoying the camaraderie of participating in the same workout as each other while doing completely different versions based on their level of fitness or comfort with the movement. One of the best things about a Coach led session is that there is someone there to guide you. We’ve all been there so everyone is non-judgemental and super supportive!

I have [insert injury or condition], can I still join?

Every single session is always tailored to suit your needs. We strongly believe training for better health should be universally applicable and scalable to every circumstance.

You running 400m might be someone else’s 200m equivalent. Your 200m might mean 100m walk for someone else.

Our Coaches are well experienced in working with injuries and training in a rehabilitative manner but if you are still unsure and would like to discuss in more detail, please feel free to contact us.

What’s included in the One : One Dedicated Coaching?

If you consider your goal to need extra specialised attention, then you can book a free consultation to discuss with one of our coaching team. We consider each individual to be unique and therefore we tailor our coaching to the needs of each individual. This includes the one-to- one coaching, and the price. The frequency of your programme will be led by you and can be adjusted to fit your life commitments.

We will work with you to offer the best possible support. You can expect the following to appear in a one to one programme.

  • Movement assessment

  • From goal to action - how to develop the skills to achieve your goals

  • One to one physical fitness coaching (as frequently as you want).

  • Nutritional level assessment

  • Individualised nutrition coaching

  • Mindset and lifestyle coaching

  • Regular catch ups and check ins to track progress

  • Quantitative and qualitative data measured and shared to track progress.

What comes with the Online Remote Coaching?

Our remote coaching is for people who need expert support but are unable to make it to one of our facilities. You will receive a similar level of coaching and support as the one to one, the only difference is all sessions and catch ups will be done remotely.

You will receive the following for £150 a month:

  • Access to the pro coach software with individual dashboard

  • Direct communication with your coach

  • 100’s of resources, infographics, data recording , and videos

  • A dedicated space to privately record any progress, measurements, and photos

  • Weekly one to one sessions with the coach

  • Daily habits and actions

  • Accountability

  • Access to a Facebook group with other users to engage and share experiences.
